Faulty sensor on a window or door
If you are unable to set the alarm because of an open zone fault then you may have a faulty sensor somewhere on the system. In this case the system thinks a window or door is open even though it is closed. It may be possible to replace a faulty sensor and solve the problem. Another problem you may have due to a faulty sensor is false alarms. This also can be solved by identifying and replacing the faulty sensor.
New external bell
External bell outside your house doesn't ring anymore, flashing lights not working. We will fix the bell if possible or replace it if required.
Low battery
After 5 to 7 years the typical backup battery in a system will wear out. We can call out and replace the battery in all alarm systems sold on todays market including Astec, Aritech, Hkc, Visonic, Concord, Simon, Signet, Galaxy.
